| Baking powder | 2 oz. | 1/3 cup | |
| Salt | 1 2/3 Tbsps. | ||
| Shortening | 1 lb. | 2 cups | 
DIRECTIONS:
1.   Blend dry ingredients and lard for 10 minutes in mixer at low speed.
2.      Store in refrigerator in tightly covered container until used.
