Milk   2/3 cup  
Cocoa   ¾ cup  
Vanilla   2 Tbsps.  
Butter 1 1/3 lbs.    
Sugar, powdered 1 ¾ lb. 1 qt. & 1 1/3 cups  

 

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Bring to boil milk, cocoa and butter.  Add to powdered sugar in mixer and mix.
  2. Add vanilla and beat well.  Spread on cooled cake.
