DIRECTIONS: |

Melt fat in sauce pan, blend in flour, salt, dry mustard and Worcestershire sauce. |

Stir in hot milk and cook until smooth and thick – about 15 to 20 minutes. |

Add food coloring |

Remove from heat and stir in ground cheese. |

Place bread on 18” x 26” x 1” pans – 40 slices to pan and toast until lightly browned. |

Top toast with slice of turkey, slice of cheese, scant ¼ cup (No. 16 dipper) sauce, crumbled bacon, bacon bits or paprika. |
