Sugar, granulated | 1 ½ cups | |||||||
Sugar, brown | 1 ½ cups | |||||||
Shell eggs | 3 | |||||||
Sifted flour | 3 cups | |||||||
Soda | 1 ½ tsps. | |||||||
Baking powder | 1 ½ tsp. | |||||||
Salt | ¾ tsp. | |||||||
Cornflakes | 3 cups | |||||||
Rolled wheat or oats | 3 cups | |||||||
Coconut | 1 ½ cups | |||||||
Vanilla | 1 ½ tsps. | |||||||
DIRECTIONS: | ||||||||
1. Beat first 4 ingredients until light and fluffy; sift soda, flour, baking powder and salt, add to mix and blend. Fold in remaining ingredients. | ||||||||
2. Shape into walnut size balls and flatten with a glass dipped in sugar. | ||||||||
3. Bake in 375° F. oven until brown and done. | ||||||||
