<Spicy Hash Browns

- 26 oz. freeze-dried hash browns
- 2 T. onion flakes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 T. ground coriander
- 1 1/2 T. ground cumin
- 1 1/2 T. salt
- 3 6-oz. cans chopped green chilis
- 3 T. oil for sauteing
Pre-mix everything except chilis. Rehydrate. Mix with chilis and saute in oil in large skillet until browned –>
