| 1. Boil potatoes until tender, drain, save potato water. | |||||||||
| 2. Mash in mixer at low speed until smooth. | |||||||||
| 3. Add potato water, butter, salt, and sprinkle in dry milk. | |||||||||
| 4. Beat at low speed until ingredients are blended. | |||||||||
| 5. Mix at high speed until well blended and potatoes are light and fluffy. | |||||||||
