| Canned tuna | 13 lbs. 12 oz. | 3 ½, 60 oz. cans | ||||||
| Apples, pared, diced | 4 lbs. | 3 ¾ qts. (or 15 cups) | ||||||
| Celery, chopped | 2 lbs. | 1qt. (or 4 cups) | ||||||
| Raisins, if desired | 1 lbs. 8 oz. | 1qt. (or 4 cups) | ||||||
| Mayonnaise | 3 lbs. | 1 ½ qts. (or 6 cups) | ||||||

| 1. Drain tuna and break into large pieces. | ||||||||
| 2. Combine all ingredients except salt. Mix lightly. Add salt to taste. Chill | ||||||||
