Cilantro Pesto
Yield: 1 cup
1 cup Cilantro leaves, fresh
2 each Garlic cloves, chopped
2 tablespoons Pine nuts
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
1⁄ 2 cup Olive oil
1 tablespoon Lime juice
1⁄ 2 teaspoon Salt
1⁄ 4 teaspoon Black pepper
1. Put all ingredients in the work bowl of a food processor.
2. Process until smooth.
