FILLING FOR HONEY BUNS
Makes filling for approximately 100 buns.
INGREDIENTS WEIGHTS MEASURES
Brown Sugar 5 lbs. 15 cups
Granulated sugar 1 lb. 1 pt. (or 2 cups)
Cinnamon ½ cup
Salt 1/3 tsp.
Butter ** 2 ¼ lbs. 4 ½ cups
** You mayuse  the solids left in the bottom of pan, after clear butter had been used for seasoning vegetables.
DIRECTIONS:
1.      Blend dry ingredients.
2.      Add melted butter and blend; mixture should be the consistency of cream pie filling.
