DIRECTIONS: |

1. Heat milk in steam kettle or double boiler. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
2. Blend together sugar, cornstarch (or flour), cocoa and cold milk. Add this mixture to hot milk and cook until thickened, stirring with a wire whip. |
3. Remove from heat, add salt and vanilla. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
4. Serve with a No. 8 scoop. (1/2 cup) |
