1. Chill bowl and beater for best results. |

2. Pour water in mixing bowl, stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Sprinkle non-fat dry milk over top of liquid. |

3. Beat with rotary beater or electric mixer until stiff, about 10 minutes. |
