| Corn meal | 8 2/3 cup | |||||||
| Shell eggs ** | 13 | |||||||
| Water | 9 ¾ cup | |||||||
| Cooking oil | 1 1/3 cup | |||||||

| ** | Substitute 2 cups dried eggs and 2 cups of water for the eggs if desired. | |||||||
| DIRECTIONS: | ||||||||
| 1. Blend together dry ingredients. | ||||||||
| 2. Beat eggs, mix oil and water; add to dry ingredients. | ||||||||
| 3. Stir just enough to moisten dry ingredients. | ||||||||
| 4. Coat dry wieners in batter and drop into deep fat heated to 350° F. | ||||||||
| 5. Cook for 5 minutes or until golden. | ||||||||
| 6. Drain on absorbent paper and SERVE AT ONCE. | ||||||||
