DIRECTIONS: |

1. Blend together dry ingredients. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
2. Beat eggs, mix oil and water; add to dry ingredients. |
|
|
|
|
3. Stir just enough to moisten dry ingredients. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
4. Coat dry wieners in batter and drop into deep fat heated to 350° F. |
|
|
|
5. Cook for 5 minutes or until golden. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
6. Drain on absorbent paper and SERVE AT ONCE. |
|
|
