RECIPE FOR SPANISH SAUCE

SPANISH SAUCE
Makes 100 servings.
INGREDIENTS MEASURES
Onions, chopped 1 pt. (or 2 cups)
Canned tomatoes 1 – # 10 can
Celery, diced 3 qts. (or 12 cups)
Green pepper, chopped 1 pt. (or 2 cups)
Salt 2 Tbsps.
DIRECTIONS:
1.      Mix all ingredients and cook until vegetables are tender.  Makes a great sauce w/baked fish and other meats as well.
