HAMBURGER RICE DINNER
1 ½ lbs. lean hamburger
2 ribs celery, chopped fine
½ medium onion, chopped fine
Brown the above together, drain off grease.
Add about 3 ½ cups stewed tomatoes
1 ½ cups Instant Rice – salt and pepper to taste
Add a couple of Tbsp. sugar to take the sharpness off of the tomatoes
Cook all together until rice is soft. If too thick, add water.
