RECIPE FOR CHOCOLATE FROSTING

CHOCOLATE FROSTING
(Uncooked)
Makes 2 to 2 ½ qts.
INGREDIENTS WEIGHTS MEASURES
Butter ½ lbs. 1 cup
Fluid milk ½ cup
Vanilla 1 Tbsp.
Cocoa 3 ½ oz. 1 cup
Cinnamon 1 tsp.
Sifted confectioner’s sugar 3 lbs. 10 ¾ cups
DIRECTIONS:
1.      Combine butter, milk vanilla, cocoa, and cinnamon in mixer bowl and beat.
2.      Add confectioner’s sugar and continue beating until mixture forms peaks.  Spread over cooled cake.
