2 onions diced
2 pounds of mushrooms – different type are best
4 large tomatoes, quartered
4 large zucchini thinly sliced
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Cook separately onions and mushrooms – each in ½ pound of butter
Cook zucchini separately in one ½ pound butter on ½ cup water until moisture evaporates
Combine all ingredients and cook for 15 minutes.
Cover with 3 cups cheddar cheese and bake for 30 minutes in 350 degree oven
This can be served as a side dish or main course.
