CORN SALAD

CORN SALAD

 

1 Can corn, drained

1 Can French style green beans, drained

1 Large jar chopped pimentos, drained

1 Cup chopped celery

1 Cup chopped green onion

1 Chopped green pepper

1 Tsp. salt

1 Tsp. pepper

 

Marinade: ¾ Cup sugar

½ Cup vinegar

½ Cup salad oil

 

Dissolve; bring to a boil.  Let cool and pour over vegetables.

 

Make 1 – 2 days ahead for good flavor.
