RICE PUDDING
2 cups milk – scald slightly salted
Mix in 1 cup sugar
Mix 2 beaten eggs added to sugar
Add 2 heaping Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tsp. vanilla
Add egg mixture to sugar mixture and stir until thickened over fire. Add raisins and 1 ½ – 2 cups rice. Stir until thickened.
