DIRECTIONS: |

1. Boil potatoes until tender, drain, save potato water. |
|

|
|
|
|
2. Mash in mixer at low speed until smooth. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
3. Add potato water, butter, salt, and sprinkle in dry milk. |
|
|
|
|
|
4. Beat at low speed until ingredients are blended. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
5. Mix at high speed until well blended and potatoes are light and fluffy. |
|
|
|
|
6. Portion with a No. 16 scoop (1/4 cup) |
