RECIPE FOR POLKA DOT CORN

POLKA DOT CORN
Makes 100 – ¼ serving. Bake in 350° oven.
INGREDIENTS MEASURES
Liquid drained from corn 1 qt.
Dry milk solids 2 cups
Green onions, chopped 2 cups
Parsley, chopped 1 cup
Corn, whole kernel, drained 4 – # 10 cans
Butter or margarine 1 ¾ cups
Salt as needed
DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine liquid from corn with dry milk.
2. Add other ingredients in order listed.
3. Cover with aluminum for and bake in a moderate oven 350° F. about 30 minutes.
4. SERVE HOT.
