RECIPE FOR ORANGE SLUSH

 ORANGE SLUSH
Makes 40 – 120 servings.
½ cup each serving
INGREDIENTS 40 SERVINGS 120 SERVINGS
Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate 1 – 32 oz. Can 3 – 32 oz. cans
Non-Fat Dry Milk 2/3 cup 2 cups
Water 1 gal. 3 gal.
Sugar 1 cup 3 cups
DIRECTIONS:
1.      Mix all ingredients.  Pour in steam table pans and let freeze overnight.
2.      Put in vertical cutter or miser for 1 minute, then portion in paper cups.
3.      Store covered in freezer until ready to serve.
