How to Make Dragon Nuts: South Indian Dish

<Ingredients.
Onions – 2 chopped. Chopped Ginger – 1 tsp. Chopped Garlic – 1 tsp. Chilli flakes – 3/4 tsp.
Saute the above ingredients in oil. Nuts – 2 tsp. to fry. Broken Nuts – 100 gms to batter fry.

For the batter
Refined flour – 5 tsp. Cornflower- 1 tsp. Salt – to taste. Chilli powder – ½ tsp. Ginger garlic paste- ¾ tsp. Water – 3/4 cup.

Method
Add 100 gms broken nuts into the batter and deep fry in heat oil as small balls. Keep this aside. Fry 2 tbsp nuts until golden brown. In a pan add the sauted ingredients. Soya sauce – 11/2 tbsp. Tomato sauce – 2 tbsp. Sgar – 1/2 tsp. Salt – to taste. Celery – 2 tbsp chopped. Spring onions – 1/2 chopped. Honey – 1 1/2 tbsp.

Lastly add the batter fried nuts and serve hot.
