RECIPE FOR “NO COOK” WHITE FROSTING

NO COOK” WHITE FROSTING
Makes frosting for 2 – 18” x 26” sheet cakes
INGREDIENTS WEIGHTS MEASURES
Sugar 1 ½ lbs. 3 cups
Cream of tarter 1 tsp.
Egg whites 4
Boiling water – must be 212° F. 1 cup
Vanilla 4 ½ tsps.
DIRECTIONS:
1.      Place first 3 ingredients in mixer and beat on No. 12 speed until well  mixed.
2.      Add boiling water and beat on No. 3 as long as possible.
3.      The longer frosting is beaten, the better it is and the yield is increased.
