HOT POTATOES
8 diced boiled potatoes
1 cup mayonnaise
1 pound Velvetta cheese
½ cup chopped onion
Mix together. Season with salt and pepper. Place in a 9 x 13” cake pan. Top with ¼ cup sliced olives and top with 6 or 8 slices of raw bacon.
Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
