Ingredients.
Onions –2 chopped. Chopped Ginger –1 tsp. Chopped Garlic –1 tsp. Chilli flakes –3/4 tsp.
Saute the above ingredients in oil. Nuts –2 tsp. to fry. Broken Nuts –100 gms to batter fry.
For the batter
Refined flour –5 tsp. Cornflower- 1 tsp. Salt –to taste. Chilli powder –½ tsp. Ginger garlic paste- ¾ tsp. Water –3/4 cup.
Method
Add 100 gms broken nuts into the batter and deep fry in heat oil as small balls. Keep this aside. Fry 2 tbsp nuts until golden brown. In a pan add the sauted ingredients. Soya sauce –11/2 tbsp. Tomato sauce –2 tbsp. Sgar –1/2 tsp. Salt –to taste. Celery –2 tbsp chopped. Spring onions –1/2 chopped. Honey –1 1/2 tbsp.
Lastly add the batter fried nuts and serve hot.
